03 What We Build

What We Build

Kitchen with painted cabinetry and open shelving beside a dining table under a chandelier Layered trim profiles built up on a mantel surround, each step casting a clean shadow line Three windows with newly installed wood casing and sills A pair of painted five-panel doors in a cased opening with matching black lever hardware Mitered corner of a solid oak mantel seen from above, the grain meeting cleanly at the joint Renovated dining room with new black-framed French doors and a chair rail

04 Custom Mantel  /  Fabrication Study

Built in layers.
Finished with precision.

Custom Mantel Fabrication

Layered architectural profiles, fabricated and finished with precision.

This custom mantel surround was built through a layered trim process to create depth, proportion, and a strong architectural profile. The fabrication sequence shows the transition from raw assembly to finished paint, with close-up details highlighting the precision of the layered moldings, corners, and profile transitions.

The primed mantel surround viewed straight on, its layered trim stepping outward to a deep architectural profile around the opening
The same surround in raw wood before finishing, the stacked trim layers and mitered build-up still visible
